The Home and Auto Lockout Locksmith Business Has Exceptionally High Return on Investment

Why This Auto Lockout Service Business has an Extremely High Return on Investment

There are few new businesses one can start totally from scratch that offer the extremely high return on investment that the auto lockout business does. The start-up money required is minimal, the tools required are minimal, and the training and skills are minimal. Please note: I am not talking about the true business of being a locksmith and the tools required by an actual locksmith. This lockout business is strictly about unlocking cars and trucks, unregulated in most states and therefore not requiring one to have a locksmith license or other credentials. I'm also not talking about being a scam artist or using scammer tactics to do business. Being unregulated in most states, the "rip-off" artists have flocked to the fast money, high ROI of the lockout business. In the absence of regulation, this industry, and the unsuspecting public, need  honest and fair priced options when it comes to retrieving keys out of locked vehicles. And while a traditional locksmith will provide this service, it is typically less expensive to use a lockout service with much lower overhead. Unless you actually need a key made, calling a locksmith to unlock a car is like calling a plumber to use a plunger on your toilet, most often a bit of overkill. The actual procedure used to open most cars has nothing to do with keys or locks. It is much more like an arcade game, trying to push a button here or turn a knob there. Any true locksmith will tell you that this is not really "locksmith" work. Don't get me wrong, locksmiths will do this work and do it well, but will usually charge more than a mobile, lockout service.
Back to the topic...Starting your own lockout business requires:

Tools - Steck Manufacturing has a kit called "The Big Easy" which will enable you to unlock 90%+ of vehicles you'll run into, quickly, safe and efficiently. Costs about $70.

Training - There is an abundance of resources online (some better than others) that will show you how to unlock cars and trucks. Steck actually has a video on their website that shows how to use their kit. You can also get plenty of hands-on training at the local junk yard. Open about fifty+ different makes and models and you're probably better trained than most of your competition!

Marketing - You have the tools and the training, now you just need the customers. What you spend to market your service will be the key to having a high or low ROI. The best way to make the phone ring in this business is with Google adwords. There are many strategies to setting up your advertising campaign with Google so don't take this part of the business lightly. What you spend here will determine what you charge and, ultimately what you make. the lower the cost, the higher the return.

Breaking Into Cars for a Living! How to Start Your Own Auto Lockout and Roadside Assistance Business.

Looking for a new business idea with very little start-up money required yet potentially huge returns? A job where you can truly "work from home" and set your own schedule?
Well look no further than an old business with some new ideas...
Roadside Assistance!
No, this is not the next "get rich quick" scheme. On the contrary, this is a real business with real work, real customers and very real income potential!

Right this very minute, someone, somewhere has locked their keys in their car. It happens every day, all day long and into the wee hours of the morning. And it’s not just keys locked inside a car. Drivers in every city and state across the nation (including yours), are constantly in need of jump starts, tire changes, gas delivery and car unlock service. The demand is there and the skills required are minimal, so where are you? At a dead end 9-5? In your suit and tie? Looking for a job, a better job or in between jobs? Perhaps you're just getting out of the military, even a disabled veteran (as I am), trying to fit back into the civilian work world.
Well if you've always wanted to be your own boss and you’re not scared of a little hard work, maybe it’s time to ditch the suit and tie, or put the job search on hold. Maybe, just maybe, lockout service and roadside assistance (or what we like to call “Lock and Road Service”) is the right choice for you!

Did you ever wonder what the person who unlocked your car actually makes for a living? He just charged you $60, but surely he doesn't get to keep all of it, or does he?
He must have overhead, a storefront, expensive equipment and years of training? Maybe…or maybe he works from home, out of his car, with a few hundred dollars worth of tools and advertises online, pocketing $200-$300+ per day. He may just be knocking down six-figures a year, driving around town providing roadside services to other people who are trying to get to their "real" jobs (working for someone else).

Meet Jon Taylor, aka MrQuickPick™, founder of Quick Pick Lockout Service and MrQuickPick™ Lock and Road Service. While working as a hotel manager, Jon would often assist his guests with their automotive needs, calling on auto clubs to help with a tire change, dead battery or keys locked in a car. Sometimes it would take so long for help to arrive that he would simply grab some tools and do it himself. That’s when he realized he could put his own business savvy and strong work ethic into starting and running his own “lock & road” service. His company, Quick Pick Lockout Service, would gross over half a million dollars in it's first three years and, in the process, win AAA’s prestigious Member’s Choice Award for three consecutive years (2010,2011,2012). What started as a small business venture unlocking cars with a friend quickly turned into a multi-state enterprise! He has since taken his model for success and helped numerous others (including veterans, like himself) get into business for themselves as MrQuickPick™ licensees within their hometowns.

In the new book, "Breaking Into Cars for a Living!", MrQuickPick™ take's you step-by-step through the entire process, covering everything from the tools and training to the successful marketing plan that enables this business model to thrive for practically anyone, anywhere.
Did you know that you can sign up with the major auto clubs to do their light duty roadside services, such as jump starting a car or delivering gas, right there in your hometown? We tell you what you need to do to become a service provider for these companies, right down to filling out the application. Not sure you could ever figure out how to unlock your own car, never mind someone else's? We provide the do's and don'ts to all of these "light duty" services, including links to the tools and helpful training videos. And for those who think they're not cut out to do the work themselves, we'll show you how to start up the business and hire and manage others to do the work for you. Whether you come from a mechanical background or just have business savvy and a strong work ethic, this may be the business opportunity you've been looking for!
